炎症性内腸骨動脈瘤による尿管狭窄

Ureteral stenosis due to inflammatory internal iliac aneurysm：a case report

患者は59歳，男性。左側腹部痛を主訴に受診。腹部エコーにて左水腎症，右萎縮腎を認め当科紹介となった。左尿管ステントを留置し，精査を施行したところ，左炎症性内腸骨動脈瘤による尿管狭窄の診断であった。動脈瘤の径より積極的な治療適応とならず，現在尿管ステント留置にて慎重経過観察中である。

The patient was a 59-year-old man, referred to our hospital for left flank pain. Abdominal ultrasonography showed left hydronephrosis and right atorophic kidney. After inserting left ureteral stent, we could confirmed the diagnosis of ureteral stenosis due to left inflammatory internal iliac aneurysm. Because aneurysm was small, we did not choose aggressive therapy with the status of inserting left ureteral stent.
