症例は38歳，男性。2009年4月，肉眼的血尿を認め，当科を受診。造影CTで右腎下極に8×7cmの腫瘍を認めた。右腎細胞癌の診断で根治的右腎摘除術を施行した。遺伝子検査でSYT領域の転座を認め，腎臓原発滑膜肉腫と診断された。
We herein report a case of primary renal synovial sarcoma. A 38-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of macrohematuria. Abdominal computed tomographic scan revealed a solitary mass（8×7 cm）at the lower pole of the right kidney. Under the clinical diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma,right radical nephrectomy was performed. The tumor was diagnosed as synovial sarcoma based on characteristic t（X：18）（p11.2；q11.2）translocation using FISH.
