陰囊内に発生した神経鞘腫症

Intrascrotal schwannoma：A case report

症例は64歳，男性。陰囊右側に無痛性腫瘤を自覚し来院した。陰囊内腫瘍の診断で陰囊皮下固有漿膜外方の腫瘤摘除術を施行，組織診断は神経鞘腫であった。本症例は，筆者の調べ得た限りでは，本邦10例目であると思われた。

A 64-year-old male was admitted because of the mass in the right scrotum. Clinical examination revealed an elastic soft mass which was non-tender and movable and 6 mm in diameter by ultrasonography. Surgical resection was performed and pathological diagnosis revealed schwannoma in the scrotum. To our knowledge,this case seemed to be the tenth case in Japan.
