　三豊総合病院泌尿器科における訪問診療の現状について報告した。尿路管理，終末期医療など，泌尿器科的訪問診療を必要とする患者は今後増加してくると思われる。特に，前立腺癌は高齢患者が多く，治療抵抗性となった後も比較的終末期の長い癌であり，在宅での治療の重要性が高い癌の1つである。今後は，訪問診療が可能な施設であれば泌尿器科医も訪問診療に積極的にかかわっていくことが望ましい。

　We reported the present conditions of house call medical care in Mitoyo General Hospital focusing on the role of urologic section. Because of rapid progress of aging society,it seems that urologic patients requiring home call medical care such as urinary tract managements,urologic terminal care are increasing now. Particularly prostatic carcinoma patients in terminal needed home call medical care. From now on,we believe urologist should participate in home call medical care more positively.
