低異型度，低深達度の尿路上皮癌診断におけるNMP22迅速定性法の有用性の検討

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the NMP22 quick qualitative analysis for the diagnosis of low grade and low stage urothelial carcinoma

　NMP22迅速定性キットの有用性を尿細胞診と比較検討した。2005年8月から2007年2月までに，当院において組織学的に尿路上皮癌と診断された45例を対象とした。NMP22迅速定性キットの陽性率は48.9％で，尿細胞診の31.1％より良好であった。両検査を併用すると陽性率は62.2％に上昇した。腫瘍パラメータ別に陽性率を比較すると，NMP22迅速定性キットは尿細胞診で検出の難しい低異型度，低深達度の腫瘍の検出に優れていた。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the nuclear matrix protain22（NMP22）quick qualitative analysis in comparison with urine cytology. During the period from August 2005 to February 2007, a total of 45 patients with pathologically confirmed urothelial carcinoma were subjected to analysis. The positive rate was 48.9％ for the NMP22 quick qualitative analysis, and 31.1％ for urine cytology, respec-tively. Additionally the positive rate was 62.2％ in the combination of the NMP22 quick qualitative analysis with urine cytology. For low grade or low stage tumors, the NMP22 quick qualitative analysis demonstrated a higher positive rate than urine cytology.（Rinsho Hinyokika 62：243-246, 2008）
