　リンパ脈管筋腫症に合併した腎血管筋脂肪腫の1例を経験したので報告する。32歳，女性。労作時呼吸困難を主訴に当院を受診し，再発性の気胸を認め，リンパ脈管筋腫症と診断された。腹部CTでは，多発性の腎血管筋脂肪腫を認めた。腎血管筋脂肪腫は，リンパ脈管筋腫症の肺外病変としてもっとも頻度の高いものである。本報告では腎血管筋脂肪腫とリンパ脈管筋腫症について考察を加えた。

A patient of renal angiomyolipoma in association with lymphangioleiomyomatosis is reported. In a 32-year-old woman whose chief complaint was exertional dyspnea with relapsing pneumothorax,the diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis was made. Abdominal computed tomography scan revealed the multiple renal angiomyolipomas,which is the most frequent extrapulmonary manifestation of lymphangioleiomyomatosis. The association of renal angiomyolipoma with lymphangioleiomyomatosis was discussed.
