　症例1は25歳，男性。咳の直後に左側腹部痛が出現した。CT検査にて，左腎の水腎症と菲薄化した腎の周囲に液体の貯留を認めた。腎摘出術を施行し，腎盂内容量は3,065mlであった。症例2は31歳，男性。整体治療を受けたのち，左側腹部痛が出現した。CTでは，左腎の水腎症と菲薄化した腎の周囲に液体の貯留を認めた。腎摘出術を施行し，腎盂内容量は1,840mlであった。腎自然破裂をきたした巨大水腎症について，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した。

　Case 1；A 25-year-old man with a sudden left abdominal pain while coughing. CT revealed severe left hydronephrosis and a fluid collection around the kidney, so the patient underwent surgery under a diagnosis of spontaneous rupture of hydronephrosis. A fluid in the pelvis was 3065ml. Case 2；A 31-year-old man with sudden left abdominal pain after massotherapy. CT revealed rupture of hydronephrosis, so the patient underwent surgery. A fluid in the pelvis was 1840ml, with rupture of congenital huge hydronephrosis.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：355-357, 2007）
