子宮外妊娠治療中に偶然発見された膀胱nephrogenic adenoma

Nephrogenic adenoma of the urinary bladder incidentally detected during treatment for ectopic pregnancy：Report of a case

　症例は37歳，女性。2003年1月子宮外妊娠の疑いで当院産婦人科に入院。子宮内掻爬術後の経腟的エコー検査で膀胱内に腫瘤を認め，当科に紹介された。膀胱鏡検査で後壁に約2cmの非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認め，経尿道的切除術を施行した。病理組織診断はnephrogenic adenomaであった。泌尿器科手術や尿路感染症など誘因となる既往はなく，無症候性で子宮外妊娠の治療中に偶然発見された。術後5か月再発は認めていない。

A 37-year-old woman was found to have a tumorous lesion ultrasonography in the urinary bladder. Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor（TURBT）,non-papillary,broad-based,in the size of 2cm,was performed. Histological diagnosis was a nephrogenic adenoma. These adenomas are commonly seen after urological treatment or recurrent urinary tract infection,suggesting metaplastic response of the urothelial trauma,however,our patient had neither a past history of urological intervention nor urinary tract infection. Very few cases are reported,as in our case,to have no etiologic factor in the pathogenesis of nephrogenic adenoma.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：319-321,2004）
