尿閉をきたした前立腺貯留性囊胞

Prostatic retention cyst causing urinary retention：A case report

　症例は49歳，男性。2002年12月16日，突然排尿困難が出現，翌日尿閉となり当科を受診した。尿閉以外の自覚症状はなく，直腸診，尿検査に異常はなかった。腹部エコーにて膀胱頸部に内尿道口を塞ぐ形で，約2.5cmの多房性の内部低エコーの腫瘤を認めた。膀胱鏡では，腫瘤は前立腺部尿道12時から発生し内尿道口を塞いでいた。血清PSAは3.7ng/mlであった。12月20日，内視鏡的囊胞壁切除術を施行，病理結果は前立腺貯留性囊胞との診断であった。

A 49-year-old man presented with urinary retention. A transabdominal ultrasonography revealed a cystic mass arising from bladder neck,which was diagnosed as prostatic cyst. We performed transurethral resection of the cyst wall. Histologic diagnosis of the resected specimen was consistent with prostatic retention cyst.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：323-325,2004）
