膀胱尿管逆流を伴った女性尿道憩室

FEMALE URETHRAL DIVERTICULUM WITH VESICOURETERAL REFLUX

　60歳，女性。頻尿，残尿感と排尿困難を主訴に受診した。初診時の膀胱鏡にて肉柱形成を認め，尿流量測定では排尿困難パターンと多量の残尿が確認された。下部尿路通過障害の存在を疑い，排尿時膀胱尿道造影を行った結果，両側膀胱尿管逆流を伴った女子尿道憩室と診断した。経腟的尿道憩室切除術により排尿困難の改善と両側膀胱尿管逆流の消失を見た。

The patient was a 60-year-old woman suffering from urinary frequency and difficult urination. Cysto-scopic examination revealed a marked trabeculated bladder wal land uroflowmetry showed an obstructive pattern with residual urine of about 120 ml. We suspected the presence of lower urinary tract obstruc-tion and performed voiding cystourethrography, which revealed a urethral diverticulum and bilateral vesi-coureteral reflux at the same time. Physical examination revealed a thumb-tip-sized cystic mass at the anterior vaginal wall.
