犬咬傷による右陰囊内容脱出

Scrotal dog bites inducing dislocation of right scrotal contents：a case report

48歳男性が犬に陰部を咬まれ，右陰囊内容の脱出に気付き当科を受診した。両側精巣とも損傷は認められず，右精索に血腫を認め，血腫の除去と陰囊内の洗浄を行った。術後感染の徴候は認められていない。

A 48 year-old man was bitten on his genital parts by a dog and the patient was referred to our department complaining dislocation of right scrotum contents. Emergent operation was performed,which revealed hematoma formation in right spermatic cord with intact bilateral testes. We performed removal of hematoma and intrascrotal irrigation. After operation sign of infection was not recognized.
