症例1：82歳女性，右頬部の腫瘤．症例2：93歳女性，右足背の腫瘤．組織学的に，いずれも腫瘍細胞は淡明な異型細胞を主体とし，前者は好酸性壊死巣を伴う嚢腫様構造を認めたものの，角化傾向に乏しくmalignant trichilem—momaと診断，後者は多くの胞巣中心部に角質嚢腫構造を伴いmalignant proliferating tri—chilemmal tumorと診断した．若干の文献的考察を加え報告した．
