皮膚筋炎の2例—著明な肺病変併発例を含めて

DERMATOMYOSITIS:INCLUDING A CASE WITH SEVERE PULMONARY CHANGE

　皮膚筋炎は横紋筋，皮膚，食道，血管その他の諸臓器の炎症および変性を主病変とする疾患で，臨床症状として筋肉の圧痛および運動痛，筋力低下，嚥下困難，発熱，発疹などが広く知られている．

　最近，著者らは，ほぼ定型的な皮膚筋炎の2例を経験し，そのうち1例は著しい肺病変のために死亡した．

Two eases of this disease were reported.

Case 1: A 44-year-old housewife died from the accompanied interstitial pneumonia during the treatment of adrenocortical hormone.

Case 2: A 49-year-old housewife showed a typical skin lesion-a phlegmone-like flat erythematoede-matous swelling, which disappeared rapidly by parenteral paramethasone treatment. Repeated investigations failed to find the internal malignancy.

Although the pulmonary complication in this disease is very rare, necessity of the roentgenologic and pulmonary function tests was emphasized.
