皮膚筋炎の2例—著明な肺病変併発例を含めて

DERMATOMYOSITIS:INCLUDING A CASE WITH SEVERE PULMONARY CHANGE

　皮膚筋炎は横紋筋，皮膚，食道，血管その他の諸臓器の炎症および変性を主病変とする疾患で，臨床症状として筋肉の圧痛および運動痛，筋力低下，嚥下困難，発熱，発疹などが広く知られている．

　最近，著者らは，ほぼ定型的な皮膚筋炎の2例を経験し，そのうち1例は著しい肺病変のために死亡した．

Two eases of this disease were reported.

Case 1: A 44-year-old housewife died from the accompanied interstitial pneumonia during the treat-ment of adrenocortical hormone.

Case 2: A 49-year-old housewife showed a typical skin lesion-a phlegmone-like flat erythematoede-matous swelling, which disappeared rapidly by parenteral paramethasone treatment. Repeated investi-gations failed to find the internal malignancy.

Although the pulmonary complication in this disease is very rare, necessity of the roentgenologic and pulmonary function tests was emphasized.
