狼瘡癌について

LUPUS CARCINOMA

　尋常性狼瘡の経過中，その病変部より，ないしはその瘢痕部より発生した癌を狼瘡癌という．肺結核，骨結核などの発生頻度の減少に伴い，皮膚結核，特に尋常性狼瘡はすくなくなつており，従つて狼瘡癌もあまり見られなくなつた．今回，我々は狼瘡癌の1例を経験したので，この機会に新しい観点より狼瘡癌につき考察してみたい．

　A case of this disease in a 72-year-old woman was reported. She had been suffering from lupus vulgaris since 9 years of age, which cured by INH treatment at 54 years of age. During the course she has re-ceived X-ray radiation therapy for 1 year. Ten months before her hospitalization erosion and ulcer surrounded by stellate tumors were noted, which were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by biopsy. Extripation of them and skin graft were performed, following the administration of 180 mg of Bleo-mycin.

　Histologic specimen of the extripated tumor showed spinalioma with Broders' grade I-II, and lym-phoid follicular structure, but no tubercle.

The lymphoid follicular structure in carcinomatous tissue might be a local immunological defence reaction against malignant neoplasma, suggesting the possibility of immunological treatment for neo-plasma in future.
