汎発型限局性鞏皮症

GENERALIZED MORPHOEA

　鞏皮症（scleroderma）とは皮膚の硬化をきたす疾患に対して与えられた総称である．これらは汎発性鞏皮症（diffuse scleroderma）と限局性鞏皮症（localized scleroderma：circumscribedscleroderma：morphoea）とに大別されている．しかし現在は臨床症状に基き，諸家によりさらに細かく分類されている．樋口らの分類^1）によれば，汎発型を，1）汎発性鞏皮症，2）手指鞏皮症，3）先天性鞏皮症，4）新生児鞏皮症に分類し，限局型を，1）斑状鞏皮症，2）帯状鞏皮症3）線状鞏皮症とに分類した．今回著者は，限局性斑状鞏皮症ともいうべき病巣が，躯幹，四肢等に広範囲に多発し，一見汎発型鞏皮症を思わせるも，末端および骨，筋，内臓等に全く異常を認めず，限局性鞏皮症の汎発型ともいうべき症例を経験したので，以下に報告する．

A case of morphoca with symmetrical multiple sclerotic lesions on the shoulder, breast, back, upper and lower extremities etc. in a 61-year-old housewife was reported. Although total area of the lesion oc-cupied about 20% of the entire skin surface, acrosklerosis, involvement of muscle, bone and internal organs could not be proved.
