多発性骨髄腫に移行した髄外性形質細胞腫の1症例

Extramedullary Plasmacytoma of Nose and Maxillary Sinus Transformed into Multiple Myeloma:A Report of a Case

　はじめに

　今回われわれは，再発を繰り返し多発性骨髄腫に移行した鼻・副鼻腔髄外性形質細胞腫の1症例を経験したので，その概要を文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 79-year-old man was referred to our hospitalbecause of nasal obstraction and nasal bleeding. There was a white tumor in the left nosal cavity. From the pathological examination plasmacytoma was diagnosed. Chemotherapy was ineffective, therefore we performed the surgical operation and postoperative chemotherapy. Three months after, multiple bone metastasis was found and we considered that extramedullary plasmacytoma progressed to multiple myeloma.
