喉頭ファイバースコープにて診断困難であった喉頭魚骨異物の1例

A case of foreign body in the larynx

Ⅰ．はじめに

　喉頭異物は比較的少なく，なかでも声門上異物は稀である。異物の確認が困難な例も報告されているが^1,2），その多くは発見が遅れたため炎症反応による強い浮腫や肉芽などで異物が覆われたものである。今回われわれは，魚骨異物の大部分が埋没していたため，初診時に喉頭ファイバースコープでの確認が困難であった症例を経験したので報告する。

□Abstract

　We reported a rare case of laryngeal foreign body,fish bone of“SAWARA”,a Japanese fish. The patient was a 47-year-old female,and initially the fish bone could not be found with a routine fiberscopic examination because both ends of the foreign body penetrated into submucosa of the bilateral arytenoids. It was detected with X-ray and CT examinations. The supraglottic foreign body was removed with a direct esophagoscope under general anesthesia.
