頸部結核性リンパ節炎4症例の検討

Cervical Tuberculous Lymphadenitis:Report of 4 Cases

　はじめに

　近年，結核は減少傾向にあったがその減少率も鈍化し，1997年には43年ぶりに罹患率が反転上昇した。新規登録患者数も38年ぶりに，42,715人と前年に比べ243人の増加となった^1）。今後，耳鼻咽喉科領域でも結核の増加が予想される。当院でも，1998年に4人の頸部結核性リンパ節炎を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を含め報告する。

Tuberculosis is one of the most important dis-eases of the re emerging infectious disease in the world.

Four cases of cervical tuberculous lvmphadenitis in female were reported. The surgical treatment was performed in three of four cases, and all patients were cured. The useful examination of the cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis is CT, PCR method, and tuberculin skin test.
