皮膚縫合創に対するフィルム・ドレッシング材の使用例

Film Dressing Over a Sutured Wound after Otolaryngological Surgeries

　縫合創の新しい処置法

　術後の皮膚縫合創の処置は抜糸まで連日のように消毒を行い，創を被覆するガーゼを交換するのが一般的である。しかし，この処置法に対して最近では疑問が投げられている^1）。

　近年創傷被覆材としての新素材が開発され，主に外科領域を中心にこれらを縫合創に使用した例が報告されるようになった^2,3）。今回筆者は耳鼻咽喉科領域の術後にフィルム・ドレッシング材（オプサイト^＊ウンド：以下，オプサイトと略）を使用しその有用性を検討したので報告する。

Film dressing was used for covering the sutured wounds after otolaryngological surgeries. The film dressing was not exchanged until removal of the sutures 5-7 day after surgery. The care of wounds was very easy, and there were no complications during wound healing.
