甲状腺悪性リンパ腫の1症例

Malignant Lymphoma of the Thyroid Causing Dyspnea:A Case Report

　はじめに

　甲状腺悪性リンパ腫は比較的少ない疾患である。慢性甲状腺炎と密接な関係があり，また臨床像が未分化癌と類似するときもあり診断が困難なことがある。今回われわれは，急速に増大する甲状腺腫により呼吸困難や嚥下困難をきたした1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 65-year-old female complaining of a frontal neck tumor was suspected having of anaplasticcarcinoma in a rapidly growing thyroid mass by fine needle aspiration biopsy. Because of dyspnea and right vocal cord paralysis total thyroidectomy and right radical neck dissection were performed. The histologic examinations, however, revealed that the tumor (10×7×5cm in size) was malignant lymphoma (diffuse large cell type). A combination chemotherapy (CHOP) was administed after opera-tion.
