前頭洞血瘤腫の1症例

A Large Hematoma in the Frontal Sinus:A Case Report

　はじめに

　CTなどの画像検査で，副鼻腔に骨欠損のある症例に対し試験開放を行った結果，悪性所見はなく凝血塊や血液貯留を認めたとの報告は，上顎洞においては，いわゆる血瘤腫として散見される^1〜4）。今回，外傷を契機とすると考えられた前頭洞の血瘤腫症例を経験したので報告する。

A 82-year-old patient complained of a swelling in the forehead for four months after a trauma on the root of the nose. After several clinical examinations including CT and MRI, operation was performed and a large hematoma was discovered. Obstruction of nasofrontal duct and bleeding after trauma caused the hematoma followed by bone erosion.
