顎下腺良性リンパ上皮性疾患の1症例

A Case of Benign Lymphoepithelial Lesion of Submandibular Gland

　はじめに

　良性リンパ上皮性疾患（benign lymphoepithe-lial lesion，以下BLEL）は病理学的にシェーグレン症候群（以下SjS）と同様の唾液腺組織所見を示す疾患である。文献的に耳下腺のBLELは散見されるが，顎下腺のBLELは稀である。今回われわれは右顎下部の腫瘤以外には臨床症状がなく，摘出した病理組織所見によりBLELと診断された1症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Benign lymphoepithelial lesion (BLEL) is a rare disease showing sialaden tissue findings which are pathologically similar to those seen in Sjögren's syndrome. We recently treated surgically a 40-year-old female with benign lymphoepithelial lesion of the submandibular gland. There was no xerostomia. The definite diagnosis was obtained by the patho-logical studies of the resected tumor. Since BLEL may become Sjögren's syndrome, the patient must be followed carefully.
