はじめに
咽頭に良性腫瘍が生じることは比較的珍しいが，なかでも脂肪腫は稀である。今回われわれは咽頭に発生した脂肪腫を2例経験したので，主として本邦における文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Two patients with pharyngeal lipoma were re-ported. Case 1: a 36-year-old female had a hypo-pharyngeal lipoma of pedunculate type. Case 2: a 56-year-old female with a oropharyngeal lipoma localized in the retropharyngeal region. Their com-mon complaint was abnormal sensation of the phar-ynx. Those tumors were easily removed with satis-factory prognosis.
