はじめに
咽頭の良性腫瘍の頻度は低く1），良性腫瘍のなかで一般によくみられる脂肪腫も咽頭では極めて稀である。
今回われわれは，中咽頭から下咽頭にかけて，咽頭後壁に発生した脂肪腫の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Lipoma is a rare tumor in the pharynx. A 57-year -old man presented with a mass in submucosa of the posterior pharyngeal wall at epiglottic level.
MRI was the most helpful method for qualitative diagnosis and confirmation of the site of this tumor.
Piecemeal total resection of the tumor was per-formed with Weerda distending operating laryngo-scope.
In terms of tumor recurrence after resection, liposarcoma should be considered to exclude.
