上顎洞癌治療中に発症したアレルギー性紫斑病の1例

A Case of Maxillary Sinus Carcinoma Representing Henoch-Schönlein Purpura

　はじめに

　Schönlein-Henoch紫斑病と悪性腫瘍の合併した報告は少なく，肺ガン^1），前立腺癌^2），悪性リンパ腫^3），食道癌^4）で数例報告されているのみである。

　今回われわれは，上顎洞癌の治療中に紫斑，関節痛，腹痛を呈し，いわゆるSchönlein-Henoch紫斑病を併発したと思われる1例を経験したので，報告する。

A 47-year-old male presented with Henoch-Schön-lein purpura during the treatment for maxillary sinus carcinoma and he underwent surgery and radiation therapy.This patient had rheumtic fever in the past history. We speculated that Henoch-Schön-lein purpura was induced by immunocompetence factor, i. e. rheumatic fever in the past history, treatments for his tumor, infection in addition to the drugs administered.
