成人に発症した鎖骨上窩嚢胞状リンパ管腫の1例

A Case of Supraclavicular Cavernous Lymphangioma

　はじめに

　頭頸部領域のリンパ管腫の大多数は出生時から2歳未満に発見される小児症例であり^1），成人症例は比較的稀である^2）。今回われわれは，老人の鎖骨上窩に発生した嚢胞状リンパ管腫を手術する経験を得たので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 60-year-old female was complaining of a pain-less soft mass in the supraclavicular area. Fineneedle aspiration revealed serous content and a few lymphocytes. MRI showed that the mass was locat-ed only at venous angle in the right supraclavicular lesion.

Surgical removal of the mass was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was cavernous lymphan-gioma. The histological appearance, pathogenesis and treatment were discussed.
