嚢腫様の再発をきたした下咽頭癌の1例

Recurrence of Hypopharyngeal Carcinoma manifested as a Retropharyngeal Cyst

　はじめに

　臨床上，固形癌が再発巣，転移巣で嚢胞を形成する例に遭遇する機会は比較的少なく，その報告例は極めてまれである^1）。今回報告する症例は，下咽頭扁平上皮癌の根治照射後に副咽頭間隙から咽頭後壁にかけて嚢胞様病変が出現し，嚢胞内に癌細胞を認めた1例である。本例の嚢胞の起源，発生部位，転移性嚢胞の頻度，嚢胞液の性状について，既報告と対比して考察した。

A 79-year-old female presented with recurrence of hypopharyngeal carcinoma manifested as a largecyst in the retro-mesopharyngeal region. She com-plained of pain on swallowing. The diagnosis was T2N2aM0 hypopharyngeal carcinoma. After radia-tion of 70 Gy and neck lymphadectomy, a sub-mucosal mass appeared in the retropharynx. CT and MRI revealed a large cyst in the retro-meso-pharygeal region.
