突発性難聴で発症し，メニエール病様の症状を呈した聴神経腫瘍の1症例

A Case of Acoustic Neurinoma Presented with Sudden Hearing Loss and Ménière's Disease

　はじめに

　聴神経腫瘍の多くは，早期には耳鳴，難聴を初発症状として発症し，三叉神経症状，顔面神経麻痺，小脳症状，脳圧亢進症状と順次症状が出現し，進行性の経過をとる。しかし，近年CTやMRIの画像診断技術の進歩によって聴神経腫瘍が早期に発見されるようになってから，典型的な臨床症状を示さない症例の報告が増加してきた。今回，われわれは突発性難聴の症状で発症し，治療にて完全治癒したが，その後もメニエール病様症状が出現し，6年間で発症，軽快を4回繰り返した聴神経腫瘍の症例を経験したので報告し，若干の文献的考察を行う。

A 51-year-old woman with acoustic neurinomadeveloped clinical symptoms similar to sudden hear-ing loss which was completely improved by steroid therapy and others. Subsequently she experienced 4 recurrent episodes of Ménière's disease like symp-toms during 6 years. Finally enhanced CT and MRI detected a tumor in the internal acoustic meatus.
