第VIII脳神経障害を伴う混合性喉頭麻痺（X・XI・XII）で発症した小脳半球腫瘍の1例

Associated Laryngeal Paralysis Involving with Cranial Nerve Caused by Medulloblastoma of the Cerebellal Cortex

　はじめに

　難聴，嗄声，誤嚥などの訴えや，それを裏づける所見は耳鼻咽喉科領域では決して珍しいものではない。しかし，それらの訴えや所見の組み合わせによっては診断に苦しむことがあり得る。

　今回われわれは，第VIII・X・XI・XII脳神経麻痺で発症し診断に苦慮した小脳半球腫瘍（髄芽腫）の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 16-year-old female complained of left hearing loss, horseness and misdeglutition. Clinical exa-mination revealed dysfunction of VIII, X, XI and XII cranial nerves. MRI disclosed a tumor in the cerebello-pontine angle.

Postoperative diagnosis was medulloblastoma of the left cerebellar cortex. The tumor mass occupied the internal acoustic meatus and the jugular foramen. Neural symptoms were discussed in relation to the region of the tumor invasion.
