鼻出血を初発症状とした腎細胞癌の症例

Renal Cell Carcinoma Metastasized to the Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinuses:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　腎細胞癌の鼻・副鼻腔転移症例は稀ではあるが，われわれが検索した限り，本邦では12例の文献報告がなされている^1〜12）。この多くは「鼻出血」という，耳鼻咽喉科医がしばしば遭遇する主訴により発見されることが多いようである。

　われわれは最近，鼻出血を唯一の主訴に来院し原発巣と鼻・副鼻腔転移巣を発見するに至った腎細胞癌の症例を経験したのでここに報告し，鼻出血をきたす鼻・副鼻腔腫瘍について若干の文献的考察を加えたい。

In review of the literature, renal cell carcinoma rarely metastasizes to the nasal cavity and para-nasal sinuses, and the metastasized tumor was usualy disclosed by severe epistaxis.

The metastatic renal cell carcinoma should be taken into consideration when a nasal tumor with severe epistaxis is found.
