顎下部病変の臨床的検討—顎下腺腫瘍11症例を中心に

Clinical Analysis of the Submandibular Lesion:Focusing on Eleven Submandibular Tumors

はじめに

　顎下部は上頸部の大部分を構成し，リンパ節に富み，顔面，口腔，舌，歯牙疾患によるリンパ節炎や転移性リンパ節腫脹をしばしば来す。また，この部には顎下腺がその中心に位置し，顎下部の炎症性疾患，腫瘍性疾患に遭遇した時，病変が顎下腺の内か外か，また良性か悪性かの診断がしばしば問題となる。

　今回，当院開設以来12年間に外科的処置を行った顎下部病変76症例について顎下腺腫瘍11例を中心に臨床的な検討を行ったので報告する。

Seventy-six cases with submandibular swelling or tumors, diagnosed and treated by surgical pro-cedures, were reveiwed. Forty-six cases showed inflammation and 30 cases showed tumor lesions which consisted of 11 submandibular tumors and 19 extra-glandular tumor-like lesions. The clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of the submandi-bular tumors which has high incidence of malig-nancy and high local recurrence rate, were discussed.
