内視鏡下に経口的に摘出した口蓋小唾液腺由来のclear cell carcinomaの1例

A case of clear cell carcinoma of minor salivary gland in the oral cavity extracted under endoscope

はじめに

　頭頸部領域のclear cell carcinomaは稀な腫瘍で，小唾液腺に多いとされる。今回われわれは内視鏡下に経口的に摘出した口蓋小唾液腺由来のclear cell carcinomaの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　An 84-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with complaint of a mass in the palate. The mass was 4 cm and located in left soft palate into left nasal cavity. The mass was extracted endoscopically. Histopathologically diagnose was clear cell carcinoma of minor salivary gland. This tumor is very rare and considered to be a low grade malignancy and it can be associated with local recurrence and regional lymph node metastasis. Considering her age and ADL, she received follow-up examination for local recurrence, and 2 years after the operation no recurrence was recognized.
