気管内炎症性偽腫瘍の1症例

Inflammatory Pseudotumor: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　気管の原発性腫瘍は稀な疾患である。しかし疾患の理解および検査手技の向上と普及とともに発見頻度が増加しているのが現状である。今回著者らは気管内の炎症性偽腫瘍症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Inflammatory pseudotumor in the trachea was presented in a 57-year-old female with complain-ing of dyspnea gradually aggravated in one month. A large tumor was noted in the upper part of trachea (five tracheal rings) arising fromthe posterior wall. Tracheostomy and laryngomi-crosurgery were carried out and the tumor was resected. The patient has been free from dyspnea. Histologically the tumor was proved to be inflam-matory pscudotumor.
