人工呼吸器使用小児2症例に用いた特殊Tチューブ―頭側端ドーム状閉鎖-Tチューブ（CCD-Tチューブ）

A new endotracheal T tube applicable for ventilator in children―Cephalad end closed dome-T tube（CCD-T tube）

Ⅰ　はじめに

　筆者らは，人工呼吸器使用小児2例の治療に携わるなかで，気管留置Tチューブの頭側端をドーム状に閉鎖した気管内留置用特殊Tチューブ「頭側端ドーム状閉鎖-Tチューブ〔close the cephalad end（of the T tube）in shape of dome：以下CCD-Tチューブと略す〕（図1）を開発した。症例1で4年間，症例2で6年間使用し良好な結果を得た。今回，作製の経緯を報告し考察を加えた。

　Since the endotracheal T tube has a lot of attractive characteristics,the authors used it at various opportunities. Recently the authors designed a silicone T tube of new form. The cephalad end of the tube was closed in shape of dome. We requested KOKEN CO. LTD for production,and the tube was named“CCD-T tube”provisionally. The CCD-T tube was applied to two children who had tracheostomy and wearing ventilator for a long period of time. In these four years the CCD-T tube has shown same ventilation efficiency as current cannulas. In the present paper authors reported two cases and mentioned how to order for CCD-T tube production.
