長期経過後再発をきたした喉頭非定型カルチノイドの2例

Two cases of atypical carcinoid of the larynx with long-term regression

Ⅰ　はじめに

　神経内分泌腫瘍の一種である非定型カルチノイドは頭頸部領域での報告は少なく稀な悪性腫瘍であるが，悪性度が高く治療後早期にリンパ節転移，遠隔転移をきたす例が多い^1）。わが国における過去の報告でも5年以上の長期間経過観察を行えている報告はわずかのみである。今回われわれは初回治療より長期経過観察後に再発，転移をきたした喉頭非定型カルチノイドの2症例について文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We reported two cases with atypical carcinoid of the larynx. The first case was a 64-year-old male who underwent radiation therapy and partial laryngectomy as an initial treatment. After 85 months,he presented with metastasis of the groin nodes. He underwent local resection and he was currently alive with no evidence of the disease. The other case was a 59-year-old male. He underwent radiation therapy and the tumor disappeared completely. However,after 103 months,the patient presented with local recurrence of the tumor. He continuously presented with local reccurence and died from multiple intra-abdominal metastasis.
