原発性上皮小体機能亢進症術後に偽痛風発作を生じた1例

Acute pseudogout attack after surgery of primary hyperparathyroidism：A case report

Ⅰ．はじめに

　原発性上皮小体機能亢進症の外科的治療は耳鼻咽喉科・頭頸部外科でも行われるが，術後合併症の偽痛風発作に関する報告はわが国では内分泌外科を中心にされており^1,2），耳鼻咽喉科・頭頸部外科で広く認識されているとは限らない。

　今回，原発性上皮小体機能亢進症術後に偽痛風発作を生じた1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We reported an acute pseudogout attack after surgery of primary hyperparathyroidism in a 76 years old woman. When we surveyed the previous reports,it was estimated that old Japanese women with cartilage calcification has a high risk of developing this attack.
