鼻腔転移で発見された腎癌

A case of metastatic nasal tumor

Ⅰ．はじめに

　鼻副鼻腔領域に他臓器からの転移性腫瘍が発生するのは0.7～2％と稀である^1,2）。今回，われわれは転移性鼻腔腫瘍による症状を契機に発見された腎細胞癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A 70-year-old man presented with one year history of left epistaxis. His otolaryngologic examinations revealed a mass in the left nasal cavity. CT scan of the nose showed a soft tissue mass in the left nasal cavity. A near total excision of the mass with middle nasal turbinate was performed. The surgical margins were negative for the tumor. Histological examinations revealed clear cell carcinoma. Possibility of primary lesion in the kidney was suggested. Abdominal CT scan revealed a non-homogenously enhancing mass of the right kidney.
