鼻前庭部に発生した巨細胞肉芽腫の1例

A case of giant cell granuloma in the nasal orifice

Ⅰ．はじめに

　巨細胞肉芽腫（giant cell granuloma：以下GCGと略す）は顎骨内の出血に対する修復過程に発生し，骨巨細胞腫とは異なる病変として1953年にJaffeら^1）が最初に報告した疾患である。しかし，近年では顎骨病変だけでなく全身に発生する可能性のある病変と捉えられている^2）。今回われわれは右鼻前庭部に発生したGCGの1例を経験したので報告する。

　We reported a rare case of the giant cell granuloma（GCG）occurred in the right nasal orifice. A 21-years-old male visited our hospital with the chief complaint of a mass in the right nasal orifice. The mass was elastic hard with smooth surface and easily resected through endonasal approach. Histopathological examination revealed GCG. Clinical course was uneventful in four and a half years after surgery.
