輪部基底結膜弁と円蓋部基底結膜弁の非穿孔性線維柱帯切除術短期成績

Short-term result of nonperforating trabeculectomy using limbus-or fornix-based conjunctival flap

　マイトマイシンC併用非穿孔性線維柱帯切除術を行った33眼での結果を検索した。17眼では輪部基底結膜弁を作成し，16眼では円蓋部基底結膜弁を作成した。全例が開放隅角緑内障であり，術前平均眼圧は，輪部基底群で20mmHg，円蓋部基底群で21mmHgであった。術後6か月以上の観察で，最終平均眼圧は，輪部基底群で12.2mmHg，円蓋部基底群で12.5mmHgでありd両群間に有意差はなく，いずれの方法も有効であった。

We reviewed 33 eyes treated by nonperforating trabeculectomy with adjunct mitomycin C. The conjunctival flap was limbus -based in dd eyes and fornix-based in 16 eyes. All the eyes had primary open-angle glaucoma. The preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) averaged 20mmHg in the limbus-based group and 21mmHg in the fornix-based group. After follow-up for 6 months or longer, the final IOP averaged 12.2mmHg in the limbus-based group and 12.5mmHg in the fornix-based group. Both approaches were effective with no significant difference between the two groups.
