(P−1-134) 黄斑病変を光干渉断層計(OCT)と網膜厚解析装置(RTA)で測定し,中心窩網膜厚(網膜表面から色素上皮までの距離)および網膜断層像を比較した。対象は黄斑病変がある37眼である。網膜内の混濁のため,RTAで中心窩網膜厚が測定できなかった症例は除外した。漿液性網膜剥離はOCTでは11眼が,RTAでは5眼(45%)が観察できた。嚢胞様変化は,OCTでは7眼が,RTAでは6眼(86%)が観察された。37眼中29眼(78%)は,中心窩網膜厚の測定値の差が50μm未満であった。測定値の差が50μm以上あった8眼は全例に漿液性網膜剥離があった。漿液性網膜剥離があると,RTAは神経網膜厚を測定していると考えられた。
We examined the foveal thickness and cross-sectional images in 37 eyes with macular lesions. The series comprised diabetic retinopathy 20 eyes, age-related macular degeneration 5 eyes, central serous chorioretinopathy 5 eyes and epiretinal membrane 3 eyes among others. We compared the findings obtained by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and retinal thickness analyser (RTA). The foveal thickness was defined as the distance between the inner surface of the fovea and the retinal pigment epithelium. Serous retinal detachment could be identified in 11 eyes by OCT and in 5 eyes by RTA. Intraretinal cysts could be identified in 7 eyes by OCT and in 6 eyes by RTA. The difference in foveal thickness by OCT and RTA was less than 50 ,um in 29 eyes (78%) and was greater in the other 8 eyes. All the latter 8 eyes had serous retinal detachment. The findings show that RTA shows the thickness of detached sensory retina when serous retinal detachment is present.
