（展示251） レーザー光を用いる網膜厚解析装置で，黄斑浮腫19眼の黄斑部網膜厚を測定した。原因疾患は，網膜中心静脈閉塞症8眼，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症11眼である。古い症例を除き，黄斑部網膜厚と視力との間には負の相関があった（R＝0.49）。本装置は測定の再現性が高く，黄斑浮腫の評価に有用であった。
We measured the thickness of macular retina in 19 eyes of macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion 8 eyes and branch retinal vein occlusion 11 eyes. The visual acuity was negatively correlated with the thickness of macular retina excepting chronic cases (R = 0.49) . The present method showed high reproducibility and was useful in the clinical evaluation of secondary macular edema.
