糖尿病網膜症に対する塩酸ジラゼプの使用経験

Clinical evaluation of systemic dilazep dihydrochloride for diabetic retinopathy

（展示223）　単純および前増殖糖尿病網膜症14例28眼に対し塩酸ジラゼプ（コメリアン・コーワ®）を投与し，1年後，3年後の効果を判定した。判定項目は視力，眼底所見，螢光眼底造影所見で，総合的に改善，不変，悪化に分類した。投与群では1年後改善32％，悪化25％13年後改善25％，悪化46％であった。コントロール群では，1年後改善15％，悪化45％，3年後改善15％，悪化70％であった。両群とも，年数とともに悪化率が上昇していたが，投与群ではコントロール群に比べ、1年後，3年後とも有意差はなかったが悪化率が低く，糖尿病網膜症の進行抑制に対する塩酸ジラゼプの有用性が示唆された。

We treated 14 cases (28 eyes) of simple or preproliferative diabetic retinopathy by peroral dilazep dihydrochloride at the daily dosis of 300 mg. The efficacy was evaluated using visual acuity, fundus and fluorescein angiographic findings as parameters. At one year after treatment, retinopathy improved in 32% and deteriorated in 25%. At three years after treatment, retinopathy improved in 25% and deteriorated in 46%. In the control group of 12 cases (24 eyes), retinopathy improved in 15% and deteriorated in 45% at one year. It improved in 15% and deteriorated in 70% at 3 years. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The lower rate of deterioration in the treated group appeared to show the beneficial effect of treatment.
