眼窩内腫瘍で初発した眼サルコイドーシスの1例

Ocular sarcoidosis masqueraded as orbital tumor

　サルコイドーシスは乾酪壊死を伴わない類上皮肉芽腫を形成する全身性肉芽腫性疾患である。眼窩内腫瘍で初発し，病理組織学的にサルコイドーシスと診断された41歳男性に，経過観察中，網膜静脈周囲炎が出現したが，眼科領域以外では異常は見られなかった。

A 41-year-old male presented with graduallyprogressive proptosis in his right eye.He wasdiagnosed as orbital tumor.There were no systemicabnormalities.Surgery showed the tumor to be dueto sarcoidosis.During the follow-up period, weobserved conjunctival follicles and periphlebitis inboth eyes. This case was an unusual instance ofsarcoidosis with only orbital and ocular manifesta-tions.
