　近視手術の既往がある5例5眼に白内障手術と眼内レンズ移植術を行った。放射状角膜切開術3眼とLASIK （laser in situ keratomileusis）2眼である。眼内レンズパワー決定には眼軸長とSRK／T式を用いた。K値は3方法で計算した。従来の角膜表面の屈折力を角膜全面のそれとする方法，等価球面度数値変化から換算した角膜屈折力，Orbscan^TMで得られた角膜前後面の屈折力から角膜全面のそれを算出する方法である。術後1か月の屈折は、前者よりも後2者が優れていた。4眼では遠視側へのずれがあった。眼内レンズ再挿入を必要とする症例はなかった。

We assessed the accuracy of three methods in calculating the power of intraocular lens (IOL) in 5 eyes with prior refractive surgery. Radial keratotomy had been performed in 3 eyes and LASIK (laser in situ keratomileusis) in 2 eyes. The IOL power was determined using the SRK /T formula and the axial length. The K value was obtained by : keratometric readings, spherical equivalent refraction change i. e. clinical history method, and keratometric values of the anterior and posterior corneal surface using Orbscan^TM. At 1 month after surgery, the latter two methods gave better results than the first. There was a shift toward hyperopia in 4 of the 5 eyes. There was no case needing IOL re-insertion.
