　濾過胞のある緑内障26眼に対して後房レンズ挿入術を行った。対象は，原発閉塞隅角緑内障眼（PACG）9例12眼と，原発開放隅角緑内障眼（POAG）13例14眼であり，全例とも，術前に濾過胞があり，無治療または点滴剤のみで眼圧調整が可能であった。術後に眼圧コントロール悪化がPACGで2眼（17％），POAGで1眼（7％）にあった。POAGの1眼で濾過胞が縮小したが，この1眼の眼圧コントロールは，術前と変わらなかった。濾過胞の状態と眼圧コントロールに相関はなかった。

We performed posterior chamber lens implanta-tion in 26 glaucomatous eyes treated earlier by filtering surgery. The series comprised 12 eyes with primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) and 14 with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). The intraocular pressure was under control either with or without topical medications. Following posterior chamber lens implantation, the control of intraocular pressure deteriorated in 2 eyes, 17%, in eyes with PACG and in 1 eye, 7%, in eyes with POAG. The filtering bleb became reduced in size in 1 eye with POAG without changes in the intraocular pressure. There was no correlation between the post operative course of filtering bleb and the control of intraocular pressure in the pre-sent series.
