（18-レセ2-23）　光学径の異なる2種類のアクリル眼内レンズを各30眼に嚢内固定し，術後6か月間の経過を比較した。使用しンズは，MA60BMとMA30BAで，光学部直径は各6.0mmと5.5mm，角膜切開創幅は各4.1mmと3.8mmである。術後の前房フしア値は両者間に差がなく，前房深度は両者ともに術後1か月後に安定した。術後視力，眼内レンズの傾きと偏位に有意差はなかった。同じレンズを用いての全長と圧縮加重による全長の変化実験は，眼内レンズが固定後1か月以降に安定する所見を示した。嚢内固定したアクリル眼内レンズは，術後3か月以降に安定すると総合判定された。

We evaluated two types of acrylic intraocular lens (IOL) fixed in the capsule in 30 eyes each. We used MA60BM and MA30BA with the optic size of 6.0 mm and 5.5 mm each. The corneal incision was 4.1mm and 3.8 mm each. There was no difference in the aqueous flare value between the two groups. The anterior chamber depth stabilized one month postoperatively. Evaluation of physical characteristics showed the IOLs to stabilize one month after implantation. Overall clinical assessments showed the IOLs to stabilize 3 months after surgery.
