全身異常をみない両眼性水晶体偏位の2症例

Two cases of bilateral ectopia lentis without systemic disorders

（18-P2-4）　全身異常が全くない両眼性水晶体偏位の2症例を経験した。それぞれ31歳男性と36歳女性で，第1症例には網膜色素変性と硝子体中への水晶体脱臼があった。第2症例は単純水晶体偏位であり，右眼への超音波乳化吸引術中の水晶体前嚢切開時に毛様小帯が次々に断裂した。毛様小帯が脆弱であるためと解釈された。

We observed two cases of bilateral ectopia lentis without systemic disorders. A 31-year-old male showed retinitis pigmentosa and luxation of the lens into the vitreous. Another 36-year-old female showed simple ectopia lentis. The lens zonules were torn successively during anterior capsulorhexis in phacoemulsification and aspiration surgery, suggesting fragility of the zonules.
