両眼水晶体偏位を伴つた巨端症の1例

A Case of Acromegaly with Binocular Dislocation of the Lens

　巨端症は，脳下垂体前葉のヱオジン好性細胞の増生に基く機能亢進によつて起ることは周知の事実であり，その眼変状については多数の報告がある。私はこの巨端症と両眼水晶体偏位及び合趾症とを併せ呈する非常に稀有な症例を加療する機会を得たので報告する。

A case of acromegaly in a 25 years old female, accompanied with binocular dislocation of the lens, bilateral high-gradc myopia and bilateral syndactyly was reported. Familial history was negative.

Bitemporal hemianoysia with visual power of R. V : 0.05 (0.3x-5.5 DO cyl -1.75 D A. 180°) and L V : 0.03 (n. c. ) was found. Intracapusular removal of a tumor at the optic chiasma was performed by left temporal craniotomy. Histological examination revealed mixed hypophyseal adenomas consisted of eosinophilic leucocytes.
