（18P1-34）　片眼は検眼鏡的に網膜色素変性症に一致する所見を呈するものの，他眼は検眼鏡的所見のみならず，視機能検査などに異常のない片眼性網膜色素変性症の2症例を経験した。両症例における患眼の螢光眼底所見では色素沈着部の脈絡膜充盈欠損がみられ，視野ではそれぞれ中心性狭窄を示した。暗順応検査では症例1の患眼は第二次暗順応曲線が著しく障害され，また症例2では患眼の暗順応閾値が上昇していた。さらにERGではいずれの症例でも患眼は明らかな異常所見を示し，EOG検査でもL／D比は各々低下していた。しかし，両症例の他眼には異常な検査所見は全くみられなかった。また発症に遺伝的因子が関与しているか否かについては，2症例とも明らかではなかった。以上のことから筆者らが経験した2症例は，両眼性の定型的網膜色素変性症とは異なる，片眼性の非定型例と考えられた。

We observed unilateral retinitis pigmentosa in two females aged 52 and 19 years each. Both cases showed typical funduscopic and fluorescein angiographic findings of retinitis pigmentosa in the affected eyes. The visual field was concentrically constricted. The affected eyes showed decreased electroretinographic and electrooculographic responses. The fellow eyes has remained normal in every respect during the past follow up for 30 years in the first case and 3 years in the second.
