三次元CT画像による眼窩内腫瘍手術支援

Surgery of orbital tumor assisted by three-dimensional computed tomographic imaging

　眼窩内腫瘍の2症例につき、三次元CT画像解析により術前の手術手技の検討を行い，全摘手術を行った。術前のシュミレーションで，1例は下方に拡大した側方眼窩切開，他の1例は下方に延長した側方眼窩切開が適当であると判断して腫瘍を摘出した。病理診断は2例とも海綿状血管腫であった。2例とも腫瘍は一塊として摘出でき，術後合併症はなく，経過は順調であった。眼窩内腫瘍摘出を計画する際に，術前の三次元CT画像が有用であった事例である。

We used a three-dimensional computed tomographic imaging in the planning of surgery in 2 cases of orbital tumor. Preoperative simulation showed, as the most suitable approach, lateral orbitotomy in one case and superolateral orbitotomy in the other. The pathological diagnosis was cavernous hemangioma in both cases. The tumors were totally resected with no intraoperative or postsurgical complications. These cases illustrate the usefulness of three-dimensional computed tomographic imaging in planning surgery for orbital tumors.
